Notes:

I am a bit at a loss about appropriate target schools given my background. My overall GPA is a 3.3 in a quant heavy major but I have a significant downward trend and some Ds and and one F due to a health issue that emerged during college. My GPA in my first two years was a 3.9 and I received As in challenging quant classes. I have taken 4 community college quant classes in the past few years with As in all of them. Will these classes and my 780 (51Q/48V) help balance this out? I plan on addressing my health issues in the optional essay.

I have solid career progression with 4 promotions in 6 years and I currently manage over 40 people.
