Like another applicant I saw post, my undergrad GPA suffered as a result of some significant personal and family circumstances. It didn't help that the West Point culture encourages a "Cs get degrees" mentality.

Since then I have held multiple command positions in Special Forces Units, deployed, and maintained a high GPA in my graduate program. In addition, have worked closely with Make-A-Wish foundation, an organization very near to my heart. Is the undergrad GPA too big a hurdle?
