Taiwanese national female. 7 years of experience in public financial infrastructure. I got a sponsorship from my employer as only recipient of the year. In addition to my mother tongue and English, I speak French (fluent) and Japanese(Basic). Internship in Fortune 500 Healthcare company and a consulting firm. Wide range of global, extracurricular and leadership experiences - I have never lived abroad before college though. I got admission from Columbia at early round and waitlisted by MIT. Now I am applying for HSW+Chicago in my second round. I plan to return after MBA and will focus on expand my current projects at managerial level. Stanford is my first choice (like everyone) and my essay focus will be social impact-related. Would you calibrate my chance of getting admitted? What kind of aspect should be more highlighted? Thank you.
