Experience leading large digital transformation initiatives at both a F100 Chemical Company and a second global/well known chemical company. Both of these roles were quant intensive which I mention in my essays/resume. My initiative at my second company has gained global recognition in the company and I was promoted to lead the global implementation of the technology. In addition to my role in the chemical industry, I also lead business development for a small management consulting start-up. I managed to double our revenue (through COVID) and secure meaningful partnerships with larger tech firms. I know my GPA isn't the best, I explain in my essays that I needed to work 40-50 hours/week in order to put myself through school. In addition to my work schedule, I held several leadership positions in student organizations, including being the CFO of an organization that donated $1M to the construction of a new building on campus. Outside of work I am a mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister organization. I do plan on taking another GMAT and if my trajectory on practice exams continues to the official exam I should be around the 750 range. I have also completed the MBAMath course which I know Tuck and Darden both look at.
Curious to get some feedback on my profile and my target schools. I plan to apply for EA for Tuck and Darden (non-binding), and R1 for Cornell and Kellogg.
