To answer your question - my long-term goal is to come back to India to start my own non-profit or a social enterprise for the cause I have volunteered over the last five years. As far as impact is concerned, I lead a team at my work and have been given an early promotion because of my work. I am mostly concerned about my low GMAT score for an overly represented group. Will applying in round 2 hurt my chances, especially regarding scholarships? (1)

I understand that Round 2 will be more difficult, but I feel that if I apply with a higher GMAT score my odds will improve for admissions. I am thinking about applying to 4 schools in each round. (1)
