-Completed a year long internal leadership development program (Nominated by my manager and selected by an executive committee. Spent about 25% of my time work time that year in workshops / trainings with coaches and leaders)

-Applying to Georgetown online program, Harvard and Vanderbilt full time.
-I know I haven't selected maybe the best schools for healthcare, but I love Boston and want to stay here. MIT is out because my GRE is not in the middle 80% (155Q, 163V). Vanderbilt made the cut because I have friends and family that I could live with in Nashville.
