Career background: Moved to UK to study Chemical Engineering with a focus on environmental innovation applications. Graduated with a Distinction (with Honours) i.e. top 5% of my cohort and was recognised as 1 of the top 5 graduate Chemical Engineers in the UK. Worked as a Process Engineer for my industrial placement, then moved into 3 years of Consulting (focussing on Industry4.0 and supply chain transformations) - recognised as Rising Star Finalist at the UK Consulting 'Oscars'. Now working in an Innovation Ventures Studio building in-house ClimateTech ventures to decarbonise supply chains. Long-term goal post-MBA is to work in ClimateTech VC.
Community impact: Big driver of STEM & DEI agendas; leading a Diversity in Tech network at my firm, founded one of the pillars of our company's Black Action Plan, spoken at 30+ events in 3 years, WEF Global Shaper and NGO board member.
Target schools: Stanford GSB, Harvard Business School, choosing between Wharton or MIT Sloan as my third option (any advice here?) Business school focus must include climate entrepreneurship, tech and engineering specialisms, social impact
