Post-graduation, began an operations role in a large financial services company before pivoting into an automation role where I was promoted 3 times. Completed several professional certificates including Project Management and Data Analytics, automation, Microsoft. Currently enrolled in Python Programming certificate and a leadership program. Leadership role in employee resource group, involved in a case study program at work.
Confident in letters of recommendation from VP and Sr. Manager. Applying to R1 for scholarship. Less confident in test scores and GPA.
Interested in MBA to build business acumen and leadership/strategy skills to advance career. Post-MBA goal tech strategy/consulting

Your career goals, work experience to date, and professional certificates sound promising too. Nice that you have supportive recommenders as well.
Two questions for you:
1) Your GPA is low for your target schools, by a good margin. Is there any context there (beyond the fact that you were perhaps a bit over-stretched)? In all cases, the best way to address a low GPA is going to be to nail the GMAT or GRE. You should ideally get above the average test score at your target programs to counterbalance the GPA issue. You might also seek out a course like Business Fundamentals or MBA Math to help demonstrate that you are an 'A' student today and that you are ready for the rigors of the MBA.
2) How are your current - non-work related - outside activities? Any interesting hobbies or community service?
A final point: there is a fairly wide margin (admissions difficulty wise) between the likes of Stanford/Wharton/Booth/Yale and Notre Dame. You may want to spread your risk a bit by also considering some programs that sit in between these tiers.
