Are you also involved in activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests, etc? 

Any sense as to where your 2.99 would place you in your graduating class?  The schools may look at things differently if a 2.99 from your university means you were in the top 20% of graduates, for example.  Also, how did the MS degree turn out?  Did you have a separate GPA from that?  Was it better?  Or was the MS just a fifth year and therefore a part of the 2.99?

It would be good to have a better sense of your career plans too; are you thinking consulting in the short-term, and tech in the long-term?  Where do you hope to settle (geographically) in the long term?  What's driving your list of target schools?  I see a few that are really noted for consulting placements, some small, some big, some urban, some rural...
