MIT Sloan Interview Report: Round 1 / Adcom / On-Campus

It was fairly difficult to find the building that admissions is in so I would definitely recommend getting there early and leaving yourself a good buffer. My interviewer had vast international experience and even just the introductions were quite impressive. The night before the event, they hold a welcome dinner with fellow admitted students. Very straightforward behavioral interview with challenging interviewer who was persistent with follow-ups and feedback. He was honest and conscientious. The most off-putting element of the interview was the fact that he was willing to provide feedback on answers immediately after they were given, thus creating a more tense feeling.
