Wharton MBA Employment Report: Class of 2022 Earn Record Median Salary

See the Wharton MBA employment report for the Class of 2023 here. The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School has released its MBA employment report for the Class of 2022, and graduates reported a record median salary. Of the 852 graduating Wharton MBA students, 74.3 percent (633 students) sought employment. An impressive 98.7 percent of MBA graduates seeking employment received a job offer within three months of graduation, while 96.2 percent had accepted job offers. Wharton MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Second-Year Student / Zoom

I was interviewed in early November. It was a group of six people with two second years. The second years joined 10 minutes before the official time. The TBD was well run. Everyone chimed in and was able to provide input to the final presentation. I was expecting the 25 minutes to be quite long, but it went by quickly. TBD: The TBD experience was pretty friendly and we had 6 people in total from diverse backgrounds in our discussion group. The facililator started with rules of the TBD and set the countdown. We then focused on each question in the prompt and finished around the countdown of the given time frame. Date of interview: Nov 9 Interview atmosphere: Second-years are casual and friendly. Among the group, there is definitely an effort to be friendly and supportive. However, there is always a hint of competition as expected. The interview took place on Zoom with two second-year students. They let us into the room about 10 minutes before the TBD was scheduled to start. There were 6 prospective students participating. We were all American. I actually knew one of the other interviewees, but neither of us let on to the rest of the group that we knew each other. We spent this time with getting to know each other. Bloomberg Businessweek Business School Rankings 2022-2023 Key Takeaways

Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2022-2023 Best B-Schools ranks the top business schools globally by region, charting assessments of programs in the U.S., Europe, Asia-Pacific region, and Canada through a rigorous analysis of data and survey responses. This year, the ranking covers 117 business schools. To qualify, programs had to be taught primarily in English. Bloomberg Businessweek surveyed 6,422 students, 11,304 alumni, and 778 employers, and also weighed compensation and employment data to determine schools’ scores. Wharton MBA Class of 2024: Holding Steady & Stellar

See the Wharton MBA Class of 2025 profile here. The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania just released the class profile for the MBA Class of 2024. The school received 6,319 applications, a 14 percent drop from last year, and 877 candidates will matriculate this month. The class maintains gender parity, with 50 percent of the new class comprised of women.
