Berkeley Haas MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / First-Year Student / Zoom
The interview was very laid back and straightforward – Super casual to begin where we discussed a bit about my work and appreciation for the Northern California area (I have family out there). Berkeley Haas MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alum / Virtual
The interview started with some informal conversation and introductions, which naturally flowed into some of the standard MBA interview questions (tell me about yourself, why MBA, why Haas, what are your goals). The conversation felt very genuine and not as scripted/formal as some other interviews. We then did a few behavioral questions – TMA an experience with diversity, TMAT you took a professional risk, TMAT you led a group to consensus/boosted morale, maybe 1 more. There were 10 min at the end to ask questions about Haas, and the whole interview lasted 1 hour. It was a great experience!
