Michigan Ross MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Virtual
It was a pretty short and standard questions interview. It lasted around 25 minutes and 5 minutes for questions to the interviewer at the end. Questions: 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Why MBA? 3. Vanderbilt Owen MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / Virtual
The interview is blind – they only have access to your resume. As far as the questions go, there weren’t any curveballs; I got ones regarding obstacles I’ve overcome, short/long-term goals, how I work in diverse settings, why Owen, why MBA, strengths/weaknesses, etc. There was about 10 minutes at the end to ask the interviewer some questions of my own. Overall, it wasn’t a tough interview, but I would have liked if it were a bit more conversational.

UCLA Anderson MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / On Campus
Very conversational and enjoyable. Nothing difficult at all. The interviewer made sure to keep to 30mins. I flew in to do the interview because I know most aren’t doing them IRL and I wanted to be able to see the campus. Would definitely recommend others do that as well. Questions were basic ones others have said: – Tell me about yourself. – Why MBA? Why Anderson? – Plan B? – TMAAT when you were a part of a team.

UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alum / Virtual
It was a really relaxed vibe. Interview conducted through interview portal. The interviewer was an alum who was really friendly and the whole interview was very conversational! Questions : 1) Tell me about yourself. 2) Why MBA? 3) Why Kenan-Flagler? 4) Rate your communication skills on 1-5 scale and what is the most important quality for effective communication? 5) When have you showcased inclusivity? 6) Is there anything you would like to add? 7) Questions to the interviewer. Alum was very responsive and friendly when we set up the virtual interview. When the interview started, he set the stage and expressed that he was trying to create a low-stress, casual conversation. Interview date – Nov 2nd 2022 Result – Admitted I have heard that Haas interviews have 1 or 2 unexpected questions. I felt it during my interview as well. Very casual interview like other reports have said. The student didn’t give really any info about themselves. I just went into my story from childhood to present day. UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Adcom / Skype
The interview was very laid back. The Adcom was friendly and laid back. She started out with the basics questions; Tell me about yourself (walk me through your resume), why an MBA, and why Kenan-Flagler. We then moved into the behavioral questions. The one that caught me off guard was speaking about a time where your team failed due to another person. All in all I could tell through this interview that the school lives up to their friendly/not cut throat reputation.
