December EMBA Interview at UVA Darden with Adcom. Very conversational. We toured the Sands Family Grounds first, then found an empty room to pop into for the interview. I believe it was blind, though I’d had a phone conversation with this particular adcom person a month prior. Questions She asked me to walk her through my timeline in chronological order. She’d ask clarifying questions Why did I pick the Marine Corps? What role to I typical play on a team? (for example). Wharton Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Second-year student / On-campus

People recommended arriving early to bond with your TBD group, but for me, it was impossible to know who my TBD teammates were. I guess if you are interviewing at a hub city the situation might be a bit different. I also don’t think it matters too much as people were all very nice to each other.
