Northwestern Kellogg MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Virtual
Alum was very responsive and friendly when we set up the virtual interview. When the interview started, he set the stage and expressed that he was trying to create a low-stress, casual conversation. Also, he emphasized strongly that his notes on the interview were just a small part of my application and that the Kellogg Adcom are very holistic in how they review candidates. Had my Kellogg interview with an alumnus, over Zoom – it was a blind interview and they had only seen my resume. We exchanged emails prior to the interview to set up a date and time. Berkeley Haas MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Alumnus / Google Meet
Interview date – Nov 2nd 2022 Result – Admitted I have heard that Haas interviews have 1 or 2 unexpected questions. I felt it during my interview as well. Haas gives importance to diversity – that is evident from their website and they ask a question related to DEI in the interview for sure. UVA Darden MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Student / Zoom
Very casual interview like other reports have said. The student didn’t give really any info about themselves. I just went into my story from childhood to present day. No real traditional interview questions at all other than once I said that I had direct reports I was asked, “Have you ever had to give negative feedback? How did you handle it?” She stopped me from time to time to dig further, but I was talking 90% of the time. UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Adcom / Skype
The interview was very laid back. The Adcom was friendly and laid back. She started out with the basics questions; Tell me about yourself (walk me through your resume), why an MBA, and why Kenan-Flagler. We then moved into the behavioral questions. The one that caught me off guard was speaking about a time where your team failed due to another person. All in all I could tell through this interview that the school lives up to their friendly/not cut throat reputation.
