This interview was on a Super Day full of interviews on 11/4/22 for Round 1. It lasted only 30 minutes as they have a lot of interviews to go through that day. Invited to interview in person at Evans Hall. The day began with a tour of the facilities with all the applicants assigned their own interview timeslot. The interview was the most pleasant experience I had during my application journey. It was highly conversational, and they did not want to look through a copy of my resume. Based on the interview reports I had read, I was expecting to be challenged on my short-term goals and recruiting strategy, but that part of the interview felt tougher than expected.
