The following Columbia MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Regular Decision applicant. Good luck to them! The following INSEAD interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! In mid-July 2017, I submitted a Round 4 application for the 2018 January intake at INSEAD. Three weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to receive an email from the admission team stating that they would like to invite me for two interviews with school alumni [in] London where I reside. The first interview took place in my interviewer’s office whereas the second one at a coffeehouse early in the morning a couple of days after. Both interviewers were

Columbia MBA Interview Questions & Report: Early Decision / Alumnus / Off-Campus Cafe
The following Columbia MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by an Early Decision applicant. The interview was fantastic. My interviewer was laid back and extremely nice. He asked fairly standard questions: Would you walk me through your résumé? Why an MBA? What were your criteria in choosing business schools? Why CBS? What is your backup plan if consulting doesn’t work out? How did you initially research CBS? What do you do in your spare time in NYC? What clubs, outside of professional clubs, are you interested in (I stumbled a little bit on this one, as

INSEAD Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Off-Campus
The following INSEAD MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant who was admitted. Congratulations to them! Both of my alumni interviews took place in cafés (or as they are called in French, brasseries). At first, I was apprehensive that the interviews would be in French, as it is not my native language and I had prepared my application in English. In the end, it did not make any difference, but I was psychologically prepared. Usually people report having a younger and a more experienced interviewer, or having some from your background

INSEAD Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Skype
The following INSEAD interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! Despite my technology being an initial issues (can’t stress enough how important testing and securing your connection is), the interview was very conversational. I’m based out of the US, and my interviewer was from the UK. After some short banter on my time studying abroad in the UK as an undergrad, we covered the following questions: 1. Walk me through your résumé. 2. Why MBA and why now? 3. Why INSEAD, and in particular

The following INSEAD interview questions report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant who was accepted. Congratulations to them! I went to his office in London around 15 min in advance. I printed out a copy of my CV and the first 12 page of the PDF just to show that I was ‘prepared.’ Questions, First Interview Describe my current job Your

The following LBS interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant who was waitlisted. Good luck to them! My interview was scheduled with an LBS alumnus. Michigan / Ross MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Off-campus
The following Michigan / Ross MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! The blind interview was conducted by local alumnus off-campus in India, and lasted ~1hr. The tone was positive throughout and format conversational and free flowing, even though the interviewer was referring to Excel sheet and constantly making notes. We covered a wide range of topics and experiences which I believe allowed me to present a complete picture of my candidacy and fit for Ross. Certain questions, I felt it necessary to further build on my answer without explicitly having been

Michigan / Ross MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Off-Campus
The following Michigan / Ross MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! I met the interviewer at a coffee shop at one of Ross’ “Off-Campus Hubs.” Ross does a typical blind interview where the interviewer has only your résumé. My interviewer came on time and was able to immediately identify me (I was surprised by this as the coffee shop was full of people in business suits all around the same age). After we sat down I handed him a paper copy of my résumé and the interview began. Questions were pretty

The following Michigan / Ross MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! The questions also focused a lot on teamwork and ability to work well with people of different backgrounds.

UPenn / Wharton Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-year Student / On-Campus
The following UPenn / Wharton interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant who was admitted. Congratulations to them! The TBD was an intimidating process, but overall I had a great group. I signed up for the first time-slot, and I was very glad I did, because the admissions office was very crowded and chaotic later in the day. Many people recommend getting to campus early so you can chat with other students in your TBD in the lobby, to make your TBD more comfortable. I did not find this helpful because there are multiple groups during the
