The following U. Chicago Booth interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. This was a blind interview off-campus in a hub city with a 2014 alum. all they had beforehand was my résumé. My interviewer was super-friendly, and the location they picked was a lot more casual than I was expecting. 1. Tell me about yourself , then the interviewer told me about themselves. 2. Why MBA? 3. Why Booth/ Why Chicago? 4. What are your career goals? 5. What Clubs will you get involved with and what

London Business School Interview Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Off-Campus
The following London Business School interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! I recently interview with an alumnus for Round 2. The LBS e-mail said the interview would last from anywhere between 1 to 2 hours. The reviewer had my application, so it was not a blind interview. At the beginning, the interviewer introduced himself briefly and spoke about the structure of the interview and said that he expected it to last about 1 hour 30 mins. It was divided into 4 broad sections First section was about my

Duke / Fuqua Interview Report: Round 2 / Second-year Student / On-Campus
The following Duke / Fuqua interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by an Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! I completed my interview on campus with a second year student. The interview was my last event of the day following a class visit and building tour. Everyone I met was especially friendly and welcoming including my interviewer. The school has a comfortable waiting area where we were greeted by current students and admissions representatives in between events When it was time for my interview, the interviewer came in and introduced themselves and took me to a small room close

Duke / Fuqua Interview Report: Early Decision / Second-year Student/ On-Campus
The following Duke / Fuqua interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by an Early Decision applicant. When you arrive on the admissions floor, you sit in groups on the couches with the other people interviewing and a first year student who you can ask questions to. After about 20 minutes, the second year students who are doing the interview walk over and start grabbing people and bring them into the interview rooms. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was conversational. He was truly interested in what I had to say. Some of the questions I was asked were:

Duke / Fuqua Interview Report: Round 2 / Adcom / Skype
The following Duke / Fuqua interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by an Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! I had my Duke Fuqua interview last week over Skype and it was a very relaxed conversation. It was with a member of Fuqua’s admissions office but he had not read my application. It was a blind interview and I had to submit my CV in advance to the interviewer. The interviewer told me what the flow of the interview would be, just as we started and the pattern followed it. 1) Undergraduate education – What

The following U. Chicago Booth interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! The following Northwestern / Kellogg interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant. It was very conversational and the whole interview was in Portuguese. Georgetown / McDonough Interview Report: Round 2 / Adcom / Skype
The following Georgetown / McDonough interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! The interview lasted about 35 minutes. The woman was really nice, but she was asking some odd questions about where I was applying towards the end–I think trying to awkwardly gauge whether I would in fact attend Georgetown if they admitted me. 1) Walk me through your résumé. 2) Why an MBA? 3) Why Georgetown? 4) Tell me about a time you had difficulty with a team/team member, and what you did to improve that relationship.

Michigan / Ross Interview Report: Round 2 / Second-year Student / On-Campus
The following Michigan / Ross interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! I really enjoyed my interview day at Ross, but the actual interview was a bit hard to read. First, my interviewer took copious notes on his laptop. He explained that he was trying to capture everything that I presented, which is great, but it also had the effect that we never made much eye contact and he didn’t react to what I was saying. So, be prepared for that, and try not to let it mess up your flow. Questions:

The following U. Chicago Booth interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! The interview was in the alum’s office. It was blind and my interviewer had only seen my résumé beforehand. The interview started out by the alumnus telling me that I should be at ease. UPenn / Wharton Interview Report: Round 2 / Second-year student / On-Campus
The following UPenn / Wharton interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! Overall great experience. On interview day you have the option to attend a lunch with current students, attend a class of your choosing, and depending on the day you interview, attend a happy hour with current students. I opted for all of them and highly recommend others do the same. For the interview, all the students interviewing in the same time slot waited in the lobby area giving everyone the opportunity to chat, *learn each others names*, and just relax a bit.

Georgetown / McDonough Interview Report: Round 2 / Second-year student / On-campus
The following Georgetown / McDonough interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! My interview at McDonough was very relaxed and straight-forward. My interviewer was a second-year student who was very nice, though she was an international student so I felt there was a bit of a language barrier. The questions were pretty typical: – Tell me about yourself and your experiences (I walked her through my resume) – Why an MBA? Why Georgetown? – Tell me about a time you demonstrated leadership – Tell me about a time you

The following UNC Kenan-Flagler interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 3 applicant. Good luck to them! I did the whole day visit on campus. It was very well organized and gave a great impression of the school – even during down times student ambassadors stayed in the admissions office and chatted with the prospective students. The interview was blind and seemed a little more formal but still stuck to the basic questions: 1. Walk me through your résumé 2. Why MBA? 3. Why Kenan-Flagler? Conversation was sparked off of

The following NYU / Stern interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant who was admitted. Congratulations to them! I had been to the adcom office the day before my interview for the “lunch with a student” program, so I knew where to go on the day of my interview. Nevertheless, I arrived 15 minutes early to cool down before the interview. The adcom secretary gave me a T-shirt, but no additional information about the school or clubs I was interested in, as I had read in others’ interview reports from previous years. The interviewer walked me

Yale SOM Interview Report: Round 2 / Second Year Student / On-Campus
The following Yale SOM interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! Had the interview on campus last week and it was conducted by a 2nd year student. Yale plans a full day to give you time to sit in a class, tour the campus and have a Q&A session with an adcom member. These sessions are optional but I would recommend going for the full schedule. Interview was short and the 2nd year was clearly going off a script. Asked the following: 1. Walk me through your résumé. 2.

The following HEC Paris MBA interview report was provided to us by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them! Interviewer arrived 90 minutes late. After 30 minutes of waiting I called him and he said he was stuck in traffic but I got the sense he had forgotten about the interview and my call reminded him. He arrived an hour after I had called him. When he arrived he apologized but not as profusely as I would have expected from someone arriving so late. To begin he asked me to go through my résumé, during which he seemed completely bored. After
