Dartmouth Tuck MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Early Action / Second Year Student / On Campus
The following is an interview description and list of Dartmouth Tuck MBA admissions interview questions provided by a recent applicant:
I went to Tuck to do an applicant-initiated interview, plus a campus tour and information session. Overall, the campus atmosphere was very pleasant, if a little isolated (3-hour drive from Boston). I was interviewed by a second-year student, and I hadn't sent in my application at that point yet, so the interview was blind. The student was very pleasant, introduced himself, and told me about his background before business school. The interview was very conversational, and included these questions:

Cornell Johnson MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 2 / Second Year Student / On Campus
The following Cornell Johnson MBA admissions interview questions were provided by a recent Johnson applicant.
I was invited to do an interview on-campus, which was held with a second-year student. She was pleasant but very businesslike, which I chalk up to the early time (interview was done at 8:15 in the morning). It was a semi-blind interview, meaning she herself hadn't read my application, but she had questions from the admissions committee she asked me. Overall, she didn't steer off-course very much, and kept it to within a half-hour time limit (she said she had another person to interview right after me). Some of the questions asked were:

Berkeley Haas MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 1 / Alumnus / Off-campus
The following UC Berkeley Haas MBA admissions interview questions were provided by an applicant:
The interview was more laid-back than most (compared to Sloan and Booth). It was a blind interview, all the alum had was my resume, and as such, the interview was based mostly off of my resume. The interview lasted almost an hour but was mostly conversational. I left with a better idea about Haas's culture and I think the goal was to determine whether or not I would fit in with the culture (know Haas's principles well and try to apply those to your as many of your responses). While the interviewer did ask follow-up questions, I wouldn't call any of them probing. At the end of the interview, I was given a good description of the alumnus's experience at Haas and he definitely did his best to sell the program. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. I was accepted.

Duke Fuqua MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 2 / Adcom / Skype
The following is a summary of a Duke Fuqua MBA admissions interview provided by a recent applicant:
Due to weather restrictions, I did not want to gamble with traveling to Fuqua on the days they offered for my interview, so I elected to Skype instead. My interviewer was an AdCom member, and was one of the nicest and most authentic people I have had the pleasure of speaking with in any interview, ever, to be quite honest. I felt at ease immediately. I was offered admission and a significant scholarship a few weeks later.

Berkeley Haas MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 2 / Alumnus / On Campus
The following UC Berkeley Haas MBA admissions interview questions were provided by an applicant:
I received an invitation to Haas' February Super Saturday on-campus event back in January. The current students who facilitated the various sessions throughout the day were very outgoing, friendly and engaged. It felt like a very inclusive, collaborative campus filled with students who truly enjoyed and believed in the school and program. It was very intimate; Haas' small size is no secret, so that was no surprise.

Stanford MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 2 / Alumnus / Off-campus
The following is a list of Stanford MBA admissions interview questions provided by a recent applicant:
General process- I met my interviewer at his office and walked to a closeby Starbucks for the interview- He explained that he had a certain set of questions to ask me and he had to identify certain behaviors, so not to be surprised if he needs to interrupt me while speaking- he did not have a copy of my CV (I brought one for him) nor did he take any notes. Throughout the interview though he referenced specific items on my cv- interview lasted 50 minutes- generally very informal and light atmosphere to the discussion

The following Harvard MBA Admissions Interview summary was provided by a recent applicant:
The interview went by very quickly. There were no other candidates in the waiting area. I arrived a few minutes early and waited until my exact scheduled time. The questions I received were all discussed in blogs. We spent the first half of the time talking through my most recent work history and explaining my roles and accomplishments that I had discussed in my application. As others have mentioned, transitions and clarity in your explanation are key.

Chicago Booth MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 2 / Second Year Student / On Campus
The following is a report from an applicant who was invited to interview at Chicago Booth. The applicant shares their Booth MBA admissions interview questions: This may have been my favorite interview out of the 4 that I have completed! Booth did a great job of having making interviewees feel very comfortable prior to the interview, by having 1st year students in the waiting area to casually chat with interviewees. I would highly recommend this to all prospective students because it really does put you at ease. The interview was blind, with the interviewer only having seen my resume in advance. Questions included the following:

Harvard MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 2 / AdCom / On-Campus
The following Harvard MBA Admissions Interview summary was provided by a recent applicant:
I had my interview with an AdCom committee member and one observer on campus. The interview was 30 minutes long and was a very good conversation rather than an interview in a strict sense. The interview member comes to fetch you and then told me that there are no right answers and its just a conversation to get to know me better. We dove right in and was asked a lot of questions

Oxford Saïd MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 3 / AdCom / Off Campus
The interview took place at a business in downtown San Francisco with a member of the admissions teams. It was clear they had read my entire profile and knew my post-grad goals well. It was a formal interview but it was also very conversational and welcoming; you can tell the admissions team wants to engage with you on a deeper level to see if you are a good fit for the program. I had a low GMAT Quant score that the interviewer asked about, which I had been expecting, so I had an answer prepared in regards to how I'd still succeed in the program. I was asked about my experience with Oxford, the Open Day I attended, my work experience, my goal organizations and what I had done to research my post-grad goals/ career path. Be prepared to explain what unique qualities you'd bring to the program.

Oxford / Saïd MBA Interview Report: Round 2 / Sector Consultant / Skype
The following Oxford / Saïd MBA interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant who was admitted. Congratulations to them! I had a Skype interview with Oxford Saïd in early February 2015. The interviewer was a sector consultant and associate professor, with background in finance and investment. He told me at the beginning of the interview that it will last 30 minutes. I read several interview reports as part of my preparation, and it seemed to me that Oxford does not have a consistent interview style, i.e, questions can vary immensely, depending on who your interviewer is.

UPenn Wharton MBA Admissions Interview Report: Round 2 / TBD / On Campus
The following is a Wharton MBA admissions interview description provided by a recent applicant:
With several close friends currently at Wharton, I expected to have a positive experience, but walked away from my interview/lunch/class experience extremely disappointed. Perhaps it was coming off the positivity of Haas' Super Saturday, or a very enthusiastic interview at Fuqua the day before - I'm not sure. I will explore this after running you through the process.
