Currently live in Texas and would like to live here long term. Despite McCombs not being the best option for IB or being the cheapest, it keeps me where I want to be and felt like the best cultural fit.

Considering Kellogg MMM Program vs. traditional 2Y at Fuqua/Tuck

Michigan had the edge over other schools due to Action Based Learning opportunities, strong placement and overall history of alumni in Marketing roles, placement across all regions in the US and cultural fit with students throughout the process.

I want to stay on the West Coast post-MBA, and I can live with my parents to save on rent, which makes USC a strong option. However, I’m very debt averse and not targeting high-paying roles like investment banking or consulting. Instead, I’m more focused on pursuing FLDPs or Brand Marketing roles. Kelley is also tempting with the full ride. help!

ORM international, choosing between McCombs & Tepper ($30K extra). Post-MBA Goals: 1st preference is Tech PM and 2nd preference is consulting.
McCombs culture and city is definitely better but Carnegie Mellon University is much better-known back home considering that I may want to return in 5-7 years.

I have been living in NYC for 6 years, don't plan on staying here forever, but my partner really doesn't want to move to Chicago. I know Kellogg is better for CPG and brand management, but am I doing a disservice by attending CBS over Kellogg?

I am on the scholarship waitlist at Cornell. Writing the GRE soon to submit to get my scholarship decision earlier. The Cost at Cornell is significantly higher than Kelley so i am wondering if its worth taking on this high loan

Trying to decide between CBS and Yale. Pre and post MBA industry not very different (both clean energy). Hesitant about CBS because it’s a bigger school and less community. Trying to understand if CBS offers something that Yale doesn’t that will materially impact career.

Deferred MBA - came down to class size and location. Felt I could have more of an impact in GSB community with smaller class size.

Targeting MBB (career changer) with strong preference for NYC, would also consider CHI, would be fine with T2 consulting in NYC. Have a partner & it's important she be involved.

Social impact/entrepreneurship, impact investment, civic tech. Want to end up in NYC post-MBA. Risk-averse taking on debt as I can't guarantee ROI (social impact). Down to SOM, Stern, and Haas. Leaning Yale, though worried about enjoying New Haven. Berkeley seems great but worried about having a NE network. Stern - worried about fully immersing.

Choosing between Wharton and Booth was challenging, but I ultimately chose Booth because of its cultural fit, location, and curriculum structure. While Wharton has a slight edge in global prestige, for my goals in Latin America the brand is the same. Reject from GSB (w/o interview - my top choice), Sloan (w/interview) and from HBS (w/interview).

I've lived in NYC for 6 years, so the city draw for Columbia is less than others may have. Still undecided but it feels like it may be between Columbia and Booth with INSEAD a close third.

Mainly divided between Wharton (no $) vs Columbia ($$). No sponsorship so will have to rely on loans anyway. Short term target is either Tech or IB/PE, but still open to consideration.

I'm curious for input from others. I really like Tuck's small class size and isolated location, but CBS has a strong alum reach. What choice would you make?
