Notes:

Would love to hear anyone's thoughts. Targeting consulting post MBA. Ideally MBB but not a MBB or bust mentality, I would be happy with a T2 offer. I want to land in an east cost city, but would be okay with Chicago / SF for the right opportunity. I think Darden is the obvious answer for purely consulting, but the money is giving me pause.

If you’re purely looking at best access to MBB opportunities, and can make the financing work, then Darden will likely be the option. That said, Tepper will provide you access to consulting, more broadly. (0)

eliot Verified User. Likes Earned: 1919 If you want to maximize your chance of landing a consulting job post MBA, then Darden has the edge. In addition, consulting jobs pay well and you could easily repay student loans. On the other hand, Tepper is also a very good school and can help you land a consulting job as well. To help you decide, you might consider doing some due diligence by chatting with current Tepper students to see how they are doing with consulting placements. (0)
