Stern is my dream school and Georgetown offers me a full ride. I am still weighing my options and could use some advice.

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1754 This is going to be a tough decision. Are you planning to return to New York, post MBA? Are you going to have any regrets, if you do choose McDonough, given Stern is your “dream school”.

Stern is also in the tier above McDonough, mitigating some of the scholarship difference.

anon10646 Likes Earned: 823 Also, need to weigh how much you want to pursue each of your career interests. Non Profit/SI - at charity/foundation type placement maybe being in DC can be as helpful as NYC and the lower salary would be more palatable with minimal loans to worry about. Consumer Goods, would be split. Some programs/employers a McDonough would suffice, but some recruit from a select M7/T10 type tier. Consulting, incl. SI-focused ones like Bridgespan, I'd focus up table in the rankings and favor NYU. (0)
