eliot Verified User. Likes Earned: 1947 Congrats on your acceptances to both Booth and Yale SOM ($60k). Both are great MBA programs with a solid track record of IB/IM career placement. Yes, answering anon10646's questions would allow us to offer a more detailed answer.

In the meantime, looking at the 2024 career reports, among MBA graduates seeking employment and accepting offers,

1) Booth placed 33% (144) into finance industry jobs compared to 26% (60) for Yale SOM.

2) For IB jobs accepted, Yale SOM placed 14% (34) into IB while Booth placed 9.4% (41) in IB.

3) For hedge fund/investment management jobs accepted, Yale SOM placed 6% (14) into IM while Booth placed 2.6% (11).

Meaning, Yale SOM offers some pretty competitive placement stats for both IB and IM.
