eliot Verified User. Likes Earned: 1953 Congrats on your acceptances to Booth, Tuck ($100k) and Yale SOM ($110k). All three are great MBA programs with a strong track record of MBB consulting job placement. In addition, while these programs don't directly place a lot of graduates into the South or Southwest, I am confident that you can land a consulting job in the South/Southwest from these programs if that is your preference.

According to the Class of 2024 career reports, here are the percentage of MBA graduates seeking and accepting jobs in the South and Southwest

Booth: 4% South and 6% Southwest

Yale SOM: 3.5% South and 4.8% Southwest

Tuck: 3% South and 4% Southwest

Do you have any personal preferences between these programs? Relatedly, would you like to study in a big city (Chicago), smaller city (New Haven) or a college town (Hanover)? I do encourage you to visit these campuses and chat with current students, particularly ones that have accepted jobs in the South/Southwest

I will say that the large scholarships at both Tuck and Yale SOM make these compelling options. Best of luck.
