1. Which one makes more sense: Wharton (no$) or Kellogg 70K?
2. Is there any one way to negotiate for some $ at Wharton or even higher $ at Kellogg?

Also planning to write to Yale about scholarship but that was more of a safety school. So mostly conflicted between W and K, but would ideally want to ease the financial burden as much as possible
