I'd also keep in mind the fact that UNC also gets very high marks with recruiters due to their career-oriented concentrations, and this may make it easier for you to pursue the career path you've outlined.
One thing that is striking to me is that it sounds like you didn't make the cut at some of the other top schools on your list - despite an very high GMAT score. Any idea what may have gone wrong? Are you on the younger end of the spectrum in terms of years of work? Or, perhaps the opposite (over 30 years old)?
If you have to pick between Broad and Olin, I'd lean Olin, but again would note that UNC is in a different tier. Best of luck!
