Questions to look out for (must use STAR format. I had issues with this but i’m hopeful it went well):
1. Tell me about yourself. What is your role at your company?
2. Why MBA?
3. Why Tepper?
4. Tell me about a time when you experienced diversity/culture?
5. What are you most proud of outside of work?
6. Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision that your team or an individual did not want. How did you deal with it?
Have questions ready to ask at the end.
