2. The questions were about my work experience (among others, but all about work experience):
- Why did you work at your previous company?
- Why were you promoted with such a high frequency?
- What were some of the most impactful projects you were involved in?
- What about my leadership experience there, was it significant?
- Do you want to continue in the same industry or pivot, and why?
3. Be very aware that the interview is mostly based on your work experience, so be prepared!
