The total duration was about 30 minutes and the interview questions were very standard:
- Walk through resume– In particular, she asked me to talk about my educational background.
- During the resume walk through she asked about reasons for switching jobs.
- Why MBA?
- Why Kellogg?
- How would you contribute to Kellogg?
- Properties of a manager that I admire?
- What would you team-member say about your team-leadership style/skills?
- Tell me about an experience when you successfully lead a team?
- Tell me one thing about yourself that is not in your resume and your essays?
