Indiana Kelley MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / Zoom
The interview was 1 hour long, although I finished answering his questions in the first half an hour. It was primarily behavioral. He asked me the “tell me about yourself” part and then almost every question following was behavioral. I think he asked for my career goals, but didn’t ask me anything about why MBA, why Kelley, what would I bring, etc. He had a script and he stuck to it. No information on whether this was a blind interview. Was a really conversational interview trying to gauge why the candidate is interested in Kelley. Indiana Kelley MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 3 / Adcom & Student
This person was an adcom member and 2nd-year student which touched on a bit of resume and applicated based questions. The questions I was asked were: Tell me about yourself. Why MBA? Why Kelley? What is your leadership style? Have you ever worked with someone difficult? Any questions for me? The interview was a great experience and had no major surprises. Kelley people are really nice and just wanted to get to know me better.
