The interviewer was very friendly, but I could tell she had a list on hand and was in a bit of a hurry. No small talk in the beginning. She quickly introduced herself and started the questions. 1. Self-introduction. 2. Career goal? 3. What if things don’t go as expected (plan B)? 4. TMAT you had disagreement with your colleagues/ managers. 5. TMAT you encountered ambiguous project scope. 6. What clubs in Anderson would you like to participate in? Then she left the remaining 5 minutes for me to ask her questions.

UCLA Anderson MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / On-Campus
The interview was on campus with a second-year student who had received and read my resume prior to our conversation. She had a set of questions with her from the admissions office. Most of the questions were informal questions about my professional experience and goals. After the structured questions, we chatted a bit more about her experience at Anderson.
