The interview lasted approximately 40 minutes. It was conducted on campus by a member of the adcom, Jessica Luchenta. She was very nice and the interview went quite well.
The following questions were addressed:
- Walk me through your resume.
- Why an MBA?
- Why Anderson?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
- Give me an example of a time you displayed leadership?
- Has anyone ever been critical of you in a work setting? How so? What do you now do to avoid doing it again?
- Give me an example of when you failed to accomplish an objective?
- What types of clubs or organizations would you join at Anderson?
- How would you add to the community at Anderson?
