Very structured interview where no time was left for additional questions on my end. Here were the questions they asked:
– Why did you end up choosing the career path that you did? How did you end up where you are?
– Why an MBA and why now?
– What about the Kenan-Flagler program will set you up for success in your career?
– What do you like or dislike about working in a team?
– How would you handle a team member who is showing disinterest or not pulling their weight in work? Can you describe an instance where you had to address this?
– Tell me about a time you solved a problem in a creative way.
– Can you name 2-3 things about you that you would like the admissions committee to know about you?
– Can you describe some specific feedback that you have received at work? How did you handle it?
– Can you name something you are particularly proud of that you have done in your work?
