Yale has said it likes to keep these formulaic to reduce bias, and they definitely did so. 30 minutes on the dot, with pretty much the same exact questions that everyone else says that they’ve been asked. – Greatest accomplishment? – TMAT had a disagreement with co-worker. – Post-MBA goals? – Research that led you to choose MBA? – Contribution to Yale? – Submitted quote? – Anything else? – Questions for interviewer? Yale SOM MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Second-Year Student / Zoom
Such a great interview. Questions were more or less consistent with what I had seen before in the interview reports.
