Question - Are MBA programs primarily for students who weren't able to get into Ivy league undergraduate and are using it to access MBB and I - Banking opportunities? I'm an analyst at GS/MS/JPM and people in my group absolutely clown MBA associates. So I'm confused about the "prestige" of an MBA. They made me interview an MBA associate from Columbia and the dude didn't even know basic accounting. He also had a super mid background - average ug school and worked in sales. It seems like an MBA actually makes your resume look worse. Can someone explain??
