anon21023 Likes Earned: 32 First I identified why I thought I had been waitlisted, then I added to the application: -Change in job role, explaining what I was doing, what I had accomplished to date, and why this change opened up more job options (1 page essay) -Updated resume. -An essay on why Duke was my first choice, I showed them that I had talked to a lot of people at the university (current students and alumni), talked about the strengths of the university, .... and why it all fit what I and my family were looking for. I showed them that if they accepted me I was going to choose Duke. (2)
