The more I go through this admissions process, the more I feel I don't ever want to go through this again. Why wouldn't Kellogg extend an interview?
I have a 330 GRE score and a 3.75 GPA. I've applied through the Consortium and I'm an URM. I grew up in Chicago and went to school in Chicago. I have tons of Extracurriculars and even founded several community orgs. I am a board member at several non-profits and I clearly articulated my goals in my essays. I had a very unique story as to why I need an MBA to pivot. Yes, I'm coming from a non-traditional background but isn't that what MBA programs like? I don't get it one bit. I'm able to secure interviews at every other school but I'm completely shocked that I wasn't able to secure one at Kellogg. I know I have some time but seeing that decision release is on December 11, I don't think I will be interviewed. This is a true bummer.
