as1735 Likes Earned: 6 OP here, I discussed in the optional essay my learning experience from that and how I navigate challenges now vs undergrad (growth as a person). I've also started and completed some of the professional certifications (think CPA/CFA) to compensate and show I can be successful. Finally good work experience and company/GRE Score. (1)
