Duke Fuqua’s Master of Management Studies (MMS) program is a ten-month, full-time, in-person program located at Duke University’s campus in Durham, North Carolina. Fuqua’s MMS program is seeking recent college graduates with up to two years of work experience who are pursuing a management degree to launch a business career. For international students seeking a U.S. work visa, Fuqua’s MMS program is a STEM-designated degree program.

Curriculum
The Fuqua Master of Management Studies program is made up of 15 courses within four areas of study: Accounting, Economics and Finance; Analytics and Critical Thinking; Communication and Leadership; as well as Markets, Strategy, and Management. Classes focus on real-world business challenges, employing a combination of learning methods such as lectures, case studies, and corporate visits.
Careers
Students have many options for career development during and after attending Duke Fuqua’s Master of Management Studies program. Through the Fuqua Career Management Center, students can take advantage of one-on-one career coaching, workshops, corporate visits, career fairs, meeting employers across industries, professional clubs, and access to Duke’s alumni database to search for possible employment opportunities. Of the Class of 2023 Fuqua MMS graduates accepting full-time jobs, 32 percent accepted jobs in financial services, 15 percent in the technology industry, and 10 percent in consulting.
Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid
The total tuition cost for the Duke Fuqua Master of Management Studies program is $65,300. All applications are considered for merit scholarships. Applicants may utilize Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans, Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loans, as well as alternative private loans to fund an education at Fuqua. Veterans may be eligible for aid through the Yellow Ribbon Program, and international students can seek financing for their education through the International Student Loan Program.
Admissions
Applicants are required to have graduated from or are soon to graduate from an accredited undergraduate institution with a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and should have no more than two years of post-graduate full-time work experience. International students should prepare to apply for a visa if needed. English proficiency test scores are not required.
