Program Overview
The LBS Sloan Masters Program in Leadership and Strategy is designed to prepare mid-career professionals for senior business leadership roles. It is a 12 month in person program located at the London Business School campus in London, United Kingdom.
The typical LBS Sloan Masters student has 17 years of work experience prior to enrolling. Applicants are required to submit an application form, two essays, a two-page resume/CV, one work reference, an organization chart, university transcripts, test scores, proof of English language ability and a £160 application fee. Curriculum
The LBS Sloan Masters program fosters a collaborative and experiential learning environment. The core curriculum focuses on teaching leadership development, strategy, and business fundamentals such as finance and accounting to help prepare students for senior leadership positions.
The LBS Sloan Masters program is a full time 12-month program from January to December with three terms: January – March, March – July and September – December. Each term includes a mix of core curriculum courses as well as electives and a global experiential course. Students are assigned a study group to complete assignments within the core curriculum.

The LBS Sloan Masters provides an array of career coaching and workshops tailored to meet the career needs of its students: The career coaches help students define their career goals, develop professional brands and they provide guidance to students throughout the job search process.
LBS Sloan has a solid track record of helping students accelerate their career development. Consulting, Finance, Technology, Diversified Finance and Entrepreneurship are the five most popular career paths after graduation.
The LBS Sloan Masters program has 49 students, with an average 17 years of work experience. Thirty-five percent of the class are women and 92 percent are international students, with 20 nationalities represented.
Prior to enrolling in the LBS Sloan Masters Program, 24% of the Class came from the financial services industry, followed by 12% from Consulting, 10% from Healthcare, 8% from Tech, 8% from IT Services Industry, and 4% each from the Education, Food/Beverage, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical/Biotech sectors.
Tuition, Scholarships and Financial Aid
The tuition fees for the LBS Sloan Masters in 2025 is £93,500. LBS offers several student loan options and many scholarship options for LBS students. For example, LBS includes a page sharing hundreds of scholarships opportunities as well as a page with several loan providers.
Private loans are available for both UK and international students from Prodigy Finance. There are also UK masters loans for eligible Uk residents. US students seeking to attend LBS also have both US Federal loan and Private loan options. LBS participates in the US Federal Student Aid Title IV loan program as a recognized foreign school. This allows US citizens attending LBS to use US federal loans to pay for LBS tuition. In addition, US students are eligible to take out private loans from providers such as Juno and Sallie Mae.

- Waiver for applicants who graduated from English language college/university or who worked for two years in an English-speaking environment
